From the date on which you receive your order, you have 10 days to ask for an exchange or refund by e-mail (please give your invoice number and your client number in all correspondence) to our client services department, in accordance with current law. After 10 days orders may not be returned or exchanged. Beware, exchanges need previous agreement from the customers service before any return ! This agreement will be transmited in response of your e-mail.

Postage costs are at the customer’s expense, who is also responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

This clause applies to articles which are returned in their box or original packaging, in new condition and neither worn nor used.

Refund of the sum paid (less carriage if one of the items is kept) will be made by credit of your bank account 30 days after we received the products.
